I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this community.  I understand that I will be billed monthly for the amount listed above automatically through the account that I provide.  I understand that I may leave this community at any time and shall be refunded any full month subscription fee that is unused.  

As an active member of this community, I will be respectful of all other members at all times.  I will strive provide constructive input into discussions and other elements of this community. I understand that any information that I post on this site may become a permanent part of the community, even if I cancel my membership. I understand that I will be solely responsible for any and all content, communication or any activity that I place into this community. 

I agree that each individual in this community is solely responsible for what they provide, share or post on this site, and I agree that I hold the community sponsor / owner harmless for any and all material and content posted by members or owners of the community. 

I understand that I alone am responsible for determining suitability of the information provided on this site and in this community.  I am responsible for all actions I take, or do not take, in relationship to the materials contained on this site. 

I understand that my agreement to these terms shall be in force for the period of time while I am a member of this community plus 10 years.
